. He was always there since the ship was launched and, since Section 31 uniforms do not include any color other than black and dark gray, no one can even tell what division he's in. Carn is an android, however, constructed by a scientist named Dr. Moong, who is most noted for ripping off the work of Dr. Soong. Carn has a few short circuits, however, in that he feels various emotions, can use contractions, and has a strange obsession with disco dancing.
